My Acoustic Guitar and Bass Lessons are designed for beginners to intermediate players who want to enhance their skills and understanding of music. Whether you're picking up an instrument for the first time or seeking to refine your technique, these lessons will provide a comprehensive learning experience.
For acoustic guitar, you will explore essential chords, strumming patterns, fingerpicking techniques, and popular song styles.
The bass guitar lessons will cover the fundamentals of groove, rhythm, and melody, teaching you how to lock in with drummers and create dynamic basslines. Both lessons emphasize ear training, sight-reading, and improving hand coordination.

In addition, the Music Theory component provides essential knowledge that applies to all instruments and styles of music. You'll dive into scales, intervals, chord construction, key signatures, time signatures, and rhythmic notation, gaining a deeper understanding of how music works. The course also covers more advanced topics like harmony, melody, and improvisation, ensuring you're well-equipped to compose your own music or improvise with confidence.

Saxophone Lessons are extremely fun! The Saxophone is a great and enjoyable instrument to play. It is powerful yet soothing; beautiful sounding and relaxing instrument to enjoy. I recently graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, moved to London and now want to share my knowledge and passion about saxophone with others!

(If you are a beginner) You will be introduced to the fundamentals of saxophone playing, note-reading and improvisation, and develop these skills as the course progresses.

What will we cover?
- Developing playing techniques: embouchure, breath control and tonguing
- Learning to play a selection of notes on the saxophone
- Studying relevant music theory and reading music for saxophone
--Jazz Harmony
- learning to listen and count time as you play
- Developing practice methods: long notes, scales, studies
- A range of repertoire in popular styles
- Simple improvisation.

What will I achieve?
- Demonstrate the ability to play and read a range of pieces for the saxophone
- Demonstrate an increase in confidence and ability to improvise short phrases
- Understand musical concepts and ideas.

Learn to play piano and read music. Beginners welcome! All styles from classical, jazz, latin and rock music covered. If the student requires, we will be looking at sight reading, music theory and composition in terms of using and applying scales to create chords and melodies.

For me, the most important is to help my students reach their goals, supporting them in any kind of situation. I’m happy to start with a beginner on their musical journey, prepare an advanced player for a music university audition or entrance exam, or a casual player who just wants to learn music and have fun. I always try to personalize my lessons and focus on the aims of my students. My main field is Jazz however I'm able to teach other genres like pop, latin, classical and funk. In my teaching method the music theory, scales, rhythm, harmony, improvisation, a defined technique on the instrument and several practising methods are all very important in order to improve. I’m able to teach Double Bass, Bass Guitar and Music Theory.

More than 10 years experience in teaching 1 to 1 in the following disciplines:

Electric Guitar (including tapping, sweep picking, hybrid picking, phrasing, Guitar effect pedals)

Spanish Guitar (Nylon string guitar, repertoire from Baroque era to Contemporary, from Bach, Giuliani, Sor, Villa-Lobos)

Bass Guitar (From basics to advanced grooves)

How to manage stage and performance anxiety

Music Reading (how to read music sheet standard notation and tablature and how to transcribe from recordings)
