Law course for first year undergraduate studentsCurrently in final internship of the Master 2 of international law and European legal trilingual course of the city of Nantes, I do this internship at the UN in the control unit of drugs and crime prevention, Vienna, Austria. Also graduated from a Master 1 of private law, another of criminal law, I know that law is a difficult subject to apprehend for a first year. However, with a little rigor, patience and support, it can very quickly become a part of pleasure as it has become for me. I therefore offer my help for first year courses, whether in methodology or to understand legal concepts.

Generalized support coursesWelcome to all ! My name is Geoffrey, I will soon be in the first year of a Master of International Law at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, after a degree in French Law obtained honors at the University of Mulhouse.
I give individual and collective lessons, with a lot of pleasure, since some time already, in a rather wide range of subjects. My goal is to enable them to understand what they are doing, and thus prevent them from sinking into an automatic but unthinking application of what they are learning.
I try, as much as possible, to find methods that can go to all students. To this end, in English for example, I am always accompanied by a pair, to allow the student to have two points of view, two different explanations to enable him to better understand what is in question.
Do not hesitate, in any case, to contact me for more details!

American politics and its impact in the world| Comparative approachDo you want to understand the Trump phenomenon? Does the Democratic Party have a chance for a comeback? The focus of this class is to learn more about American politics and the pressing challenges that they will face in the next decade. Is American society becoming more capitalistic and conservative or is there something else going on? How can we address the polarisation in national politics? Is the local government the solution? What is the role of lobbyists, think tanks, and interested groups in all this? These are some of the questions that we will address.
I can be flexible about the schedule so let me know if you are interested but cannot make it due to conflicting schedules. I will try my best to match your schedule.

PhD student in criminal law gives private lessons to law students.PhD student in criminal law, I would like to share the experience I have acquired throughout my university studies. Giving private lessons in law in general, and in criminal law in particular, responds on the one hand to my interests and on the other hand to my professional project as a doctor of law. I will provide students with a flexible method that can adapt to each person's situation as well as to the specificity of each subject. In general, the methodology begins with the explanation of the course (understanding of the rule of law and case law, analysis of doctrinal opinions). In addition, tests and exercises (practical cases, dissertations, comments ...) will be offered to students in order to prepare them for the exams.
