My name is Michael and I'm from New Zealand (living in Paris). I'm offering lessons in guitar (acoustic/electric), songwriting, music theory and audio recording. I hold a bachelor's degree in musical arts (majoring in guitar) and have seven years experience teaching music, working with both children and adults. I am an American Masters student in Paris with a Bachelors degree in Music performance and 12 years experience as a flutist. I come from New York where I have experience as a soloist, an orchestral and chamber player, and a teacher. My musical studies have been diverse, I've studied in France and performed in music festivals in Italy during my summers. I am trained in all classical and contemporary styles, including extended techniques, and music theory and music history.
