I have been tutoring students for the last 5 years at Bocconi (CLEM & CLEF) and Cattolica University. I have successfully passed my CFA exams and achieved a GMAT score of 730. I offer tutoring in all disciplines of business, finance and economics. However, I major in Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Math, Corporate Finance, Statistics, Financial Accounting, Econometrics and GMAT quants.
I like to make subjects interesting by connecting theory and concepts to student’s passions and interests, because I believe that it is the best way to help students develop a desire to learn. I want to help my students not only to improve their grades but also to bring out their inner curiosity to know how things work. Moreover, I have the ability to customise my tutoring approach to match the needs, goals and learning style of each student that I have work with. I look forward to working with you.

Currently I trade stocks, which gives me the time and freedom to travel and meet new people. I was lucky enough to ride the wave of GAMESTOP and at the present time I am looking for other investment opportunities. I am interested in behavioural finance and wonders how the human mind works. I love playing tennis, swimming, CrossFit and of course Netflix and chill. That’s enough about me, WHAT ABOUT YOU?

Do you find maths hard? Maybe you can follow the steps and get the right answer, but the moment a question looks slightly different, you're stuck.

I have always believed maths feels hard when you can't see it intuitively. If you don't understand the concept, you might still solve the problem, but you haven't really learned it. That is why the formulas fall apart under exam pressure.

How I teach?
I build every topic from the ground up. Before we touch a formula, you should know why the topic exists and what problem it solves. I use visual aids to show the maths in action: what a distribution actually looks like, what a confidence interval is really telling you, why a regression line sits where it does.

Each lesson combines concept building with practice. Once the idea is clear, you work through problems while I watch where your reasoning breaks down, and we fix it at that point. Practice sets between lessons give you the repetition that makes it stick.

If you are preparing for an exam, send me your syllabus, past papers and problem sets before the first lesson so I can build sessions around the exam you are actually sitting. If you are learning for your own interest, we set the pace and direction together.

Who this is for?
University students in economics, finance, management or engineering preparing for an exam or resit, professionals who need statistics for work, and anyone who wants to understand maths properly or start enjoying it.

What topics do I cover?
Descriptive statistics, probability and distributions, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, linear and multiple regression, time series basics, and the statistics components of finance and economics degree courses.

If you want to understand the concepts and not just memorise them, book a lesson.

Lessons in English, online or in person in Milan.
