ChristianePrivate math lessons in French by shared interactive whiteboard
I give remote math lessons, in French, by shared interactive board for high school and high school students.
I am an architect civil engineer and I have been teaching for 8 years.
The most important thing for me is to personalize the lessons, to guide the student so that he understands the subject by himself, so that he manages to organize his work, to structure his reasoning, to manage his time, to manage his stress and finally to gain confidence in him.
All this is done by adapting the course to its type of learning, putting all our energy to target and overcome blockages, and finally achieve autonomy.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to write me, I will be happy to answer you as soon as possible.

JoannaOnline/home tutoring in German and Maths and Statistics
In September I moved from Germany (yes, German is my first language) to Glasgow to do my Masters in Research Methods in Psychology at Strathclyde University. I started tutoring 6 years ago helping out at my mother's school in Germany school teaching German and Maths.
If you're struggling with statistics (including SPSS, R and Stata), then feel free to send me a message.:)
In the first lesson, I try to identify which difficulties the students have and we set a goal together that we want to achieve (e.g. getting a higher mark in an exam, improving pronounciation). I then base the lessons on class materials and use my own exercises to practice.
Just ask when I'm available-I do have some lectures but I'm very flexible.

MariamaConceptual Math for Struggling Young Learners Years K-5
This class is designed for students from kindergarten through year 5 who find the fundamentals of math difficult to understand. Around year two, students begin to make the jump from learning to count to actually making numbers. This course will help students navigate this jump as we will understand how numbers are composed and how they grow. We will identify patterns, breaking numbers apart and reassembling them in new configurations. This course is designed to slow down the learning process and use play to understand the inner-workings of math. Conceptual math moves away from memorization and instead engages the ideas behind addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division so that the student can forge and deeper and longer lasting connection to arithmetic.
