    About Me

My method of teaching is built on a scheme of discussion about a certain object (that student has chosen e.g. Ancient Greek).
My enthusiastic character gives the basis of a class: never boring! To avoid boredom and tiredness, classes have duration 45'-60'.
Above all, I love teaching, so the students should love to learn. That's a great start for us to interact and make every class a special experience.

Tutoring and teaching on the fields of history, history of art.
    Museum-paedagogical teaching in several Museums
We do not need to learn exhausting lists of historical events, names and dates. Just need to see what happened, take a look of humanity and certain people in our attempt to explain the reasons. History is a science. A historian is a detective. Many or few clues are given, explanation and interpretation are laid on him. At the same time, we meet Ancient Greek philosophy which tried to explain the birth of our universe and give answers to questions about our existence. From the Minoan civilisation (circa 2000 B.C.) to the birth of Christianity.
Though the title indicates only courses about greek language and history, I have also studied: -Art History (European and greek) -History (European and greek) -Language (Ancient Greek -attika dialect, modern greek) -Grammar (greek, English, German) Fields of specialisation: History and archaeology, Ancient and modern greek language, aesthetics and philosophy of art, History of art (European and greek)
We are used to almost hate everything that has to do with "history". The way we have been taught has caused this constant impression. I used to hate history. But this feeling made me think and always try to find ways of making history an interesting object of studying. We do not need to learn exhausting lists of historical events, names and dates. Just need to see what happened, take a look of humanity and certain people in our attempt to explain the reasons. History is a science. A historian is a detective. Many or few clues are given, explanation and interpretation are laid on him. From the Fall of Roman Empire to the modern times.

Graduate teacher for exam assistance, essay writing, general culture or guided tours
I give private lessons in art history for three years, either for students who need an accompaniment, or for the curious who want to enrich their artistic culture. My teaching adapts precisely to the needs of each student and especially to their way of assimilating information. Former student in difficulty, I developed a method that allows to analyze any type of work, from classical to contemporary, without prior knowledge. I am specialized in the methodology of dissertation / dissertation according to the rules of the French University. (Construction of the plan, development of a common thread, layout etc.) Passionate, I also like to transmit the wonderful stories of the works during introductory courses in art history, artistic culture or guided tours of the museum. My classes are also convivial moments where we can talk about our personal interests, which allows me to direct my students to exhibitions, readings or events related to their subject. My goal is obviously to make my students autonomous, so I give them all the tools they need to know how to provide excellent work without being dependent on the particular teacher at the end of the year. My last students: - Zaïd: redoubling for the second time his degree in Visual Arts at the Sorbonne because of theoretical subjects, passed his exams successfully this year. He regained confidence and taste to study. -Claire: student at Boulle school in woodcarving redoubled because of his memory. I supervised him in the writing of his new dissertation mixing literary analysis, artistic and scientific discoveries. She validated it brilliantly. -Tian: 30 years old, Chinese student, had no knowledge of the history of Western art. After one year of private lessons, she was admitted to the GRETA School of Guides Speakers. -Aude: I guide Aude and her two teenage children in the big museums to discover the little stories behind each painting. From the Palais de Tokyo to the Louvre Museum I invent for them playful ways to apprehend the works. - Jacqueline: 94, had lost her good humor and was bored. For two years now, we meet every week for a moment of sharing and exchange around artistic themes chosen especially for her. It's a joy for everyone.
