originally trained as a professional musical theatre performer performing around the world, she found her love for yoga when having reconstructive surgery on her ankle in 2016. specialising in children's yoga she teaches weekly in primary schools, running workshops in primary schools training staff how to teach children's yoga.

Rainbow kids Yoga completing her 27 hours and 95 hour in kids yoga teacher.

Completed her Calm Kids teaching Mindfulness course and her Adult 200 hour Vinyasa Training with Frame London alongside Emily Clare-hill and Michael James Wong.
