As an introvert, I know how difficult it is for my fellow introverts to go out of the house to learn something new, meet new people and move your body in a whole new way. I was in your shoes, too. I've never been to a Yoga studio before I took my Yoga Teacher Training. I used to just practice at home with the help of books and yoga class subscriptions online. That is why, I want my introvert dudes and dudettes from all over the world to practice Yoga without the need to go out of the comfort of their homes.
I specialize in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga. Since this will be a private class, the class will be based on what would you like to work on. If you want to work on meditation, we can focus on that. If you want to focus on pranayama, we can focus on that. If you want to learn how to do a headstand, we can also do that.
