Graduated in 2019 from Serge Lifar Kyiv Ballet Academy I continued my ballet path with Grand Kiev Ballet and Royal Russian Ballet and started to teach ballet. Ballet is a very beautiful graceful type of art and it brings not only beauty, but also strength of the whole body and correct posture. Pilates for musicians/ Training classes specially designed for musicians
As a Pilates teacher, I intend on giving group classes, workshops and private lessons predominantly tailored to musicians. Through my Master's thesis “Pilates for Musicians, A design exercise program for string players” I created a suitable exercise program that focuses on and precisely serves the musicians' needs. I truly believe that the method could be a beneficial support for all musicians ’ instrumental practice which easily can be involved into their lives. As a professional violinist myself, I am familiar with the particular physical issues of (string)musicians. My teaching method is based on the STOTT PILATES ® repertoire which I expand with the exercises I created for musicians. Since 2020 I run online classes for musicians as well. In these classes, I use a big screen to have a view to all my clients so I can give proper feedback and advices for musicians, as we would be in the same room.
