Hi my name is Anne.

I play the violin and the viola and I have studied at the conservatory at ArtEZ Jazz & Pop.

During my studies I started to build by violin teacher practice. Apart from my private students I taught at the music school "Muziekdorp" in Wijchen and coached a band of high school students for a year.
Next to teaching I play concerts with the "Metropole Academy", I have a string quartet "The Four Frogs in te Woods", and I'm playing in a Folk string duo.

Students of all ages and categories are welcome in my lesson.
Classical, Folk, Rock, Pop, Jazz, and free improvisation are some of the genres you can discover in our lessons.
I did a Teacher Training with the American Violinist Mark O'Connor and finished this training with a diploma. His method is a very beautiful and comprehensive way to learn the variety of the violinistic possibilities.

We will play a lot of music together.
Starting with a correct violin posture you will develop a brought variety of techniques to find your own style.

Who am I?
Hi, my name is Ruben and I love music! I started playing drums when I was 7 and have never stopped. After high school I studied at the Rock Academy in Tilburg, where I developed further as a musician. I am regularly on stage myself. Mostly as a drummer, but also as a guitarist.
I like to share my love for music with others. Through the lessons I give, I let the students experience how much fun it is to make music themselves. Joseph Moruzzi is a saxophonist originally from the United States and is currently residing in the Netherlands. The main focus of Joseph’s work as a musician is on classical and contemporary repertoire, which includes transcriptions of forgotten works, theatrical music, and new compositions written for the saxophone. Joseph has earned a Bachelor of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York as well as a Master of Music degree from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.

As a teacher, I enjoy going through fundamentals when teaching the saxophone, whether that is technique, posture, or musicality. I make sure students are learning technique while playing pieces that they are interested in themselves, having a balance in the lessons. I also enjoy teaching various etudes or repertoire for the saxophone, giving the student a deeper understanding of the saxophone's history and versatility.
