Hello, my name is Matias, I am an Argentine musician, specialized in wind instruments with more than 25 years of experience.

I am here to help you on the fantastic path of learning clarinet, saxophone and flute music. Maybe you are just starting out with the instrument or want to perfect your technique or improvisation.

During a lesson I encourage the student to work on: posture, breathing and the position of the mouth (embouchure), helping the projection of sound; the development of the tone; i teach the student how to phrase and play a beautiful melody; techniques of improvisation; understanding harmony; having confidence in his/her playing skills; techniques of listening and interacting with the rhythm section; learning new songs and experiencing different styles of music; Introductions to key saxophonists. Above all i encourage my students to have fun with music!

I studied at The Royal Academy of Music, London graduating with a first-class Master's degree and an LRAM music teaching qualification. Turkish reed flute is an essential instrument of Turkish Classcial Music. It has a deep and dense culture dating from 13. century around. If you want to learn about how to perform it you first need a teacher educated by masters on this field. As of many teachers you can find online but you make sure that not every tutor meets with traditional style.
Solfege and method are inseperable parts of the lessons. So for beginners and intermediate students must follow a compotent tutor to learn about the way of classic form.
