Hello! I am Francisco, a guitar player from Argentina. I am living in the Netherlands since 2021 and I'm studying at Maastricht Conservatorium. I have been teaching guitar lessons for almost 10 years now and love to guide others into their learning process. We can cover different topics: Are you just interested in strumming chords and learning songs? Great! Music theory? Sure! Concepts for improvisation? Yeah! The lessons are aimed both at people who have never grabbed a guitar before, and also for those seeking to dive deeper. Some of the things we will be working on are: Triads, Scales, Voicings, Time Feel, Rhythm, Repertoire, Tools for playing in a band, Comping, and more. The lessons can be at my place in Maastricht, at yours or via Zoom.

In the lessons, we will be focusing on setting or developing all the required skills for the students to be able to perform independently, understand the musical language, and explore their own sound. Focusing on posture, hand coordination, rhythm, ear training, reading scores, and improvisation. So far my musical exposure in many different genres allows me to create a lesson that is adapted to the specific needs of my students. I have garnered the patience and belief in the idea that anyone can become a part of the music world with the proper amount of attention and guidance.

Hello! My name is Aga and i'm a 3d year student in Conservatorium Maastricht in Jazz Vocals. I offer singing, basic piano and/or music theory lessons for beginners or intermediate students. The most important thing for me is an individual approach and establishing student's goals with the learning. We will learn your favourite songs, different vocal/piano techniques, lyrics interpretation, proper posture and we can also dive into basic improvisation and composition - if you want!:)

Hey! I give private piano lessons for kids and adults in Maastricht. I offer piano lessons based on the individual program from the level, personal interests, and aspirations. Therefore teaching methods and materials will always be chosen in consultation with the student. I have worked in music schools with children and I have taught private lessons for 5 years dealing with people of all ages. Hello! I am Serol, from Maastricht/Netherlands. I began my musical training at a very young age. I started to play the piano at age of five and at age of eleven I started my oboe education at the conservatory in Istanbul. I graduated at Istanbul University State Conservatory with the honorary ‘outstanding success award’. I moved to Netherlands to study my bachelor in oboe at Conservatorium Maastricht and I graduated from there with Distinction. In addition I also graduated from oboe with highest honor degree in London College of Music, with theory of music and piano as my side subjects. I have got the teaching certificate at Conservatorium Maastricht. I attended as teacher to Orlando Samenspel Cursus and gave lectures and masterclasses. Furthermore, I did my internship at Muziekschool Kumulus and gave lessons in there. Beside that I gave a workshop at Bruis Festival as a representer of Muziekschool Kumulus in the same year. I attended to Suzuki Method Teaching Workshop of Müge Eraydın Suzuki Education ABRSM Music School in Istanbul, Turkey. Currently I'm oboe teacher in UWC Maastricht and Dé Muziekschool Deurne. I performed with various orchestras as oboe soloist, most recently I performed as oboe soloist in a concert tour in multiple cities in the Netherlands. Beside Classical Music, I am also playing in a broad spectrum of genres, e.g. Jazz, Tango, film music etc. Students of every age are welcome to my Oboe Class. I can teach every genre of music such as playing movie music with oboe, playing oboe sonatas and concertos etc.. As an alumni of Conservatorium Maastricht, I am also willing to help students who would like to enter to conservatories and do auditions. I am teaching how to be aware of your body and listen to yourself in order to sustain a healthy instrument. I hold Masters degree in Opera and a Bachelor degree in Classical voice. Overall I have 8 years experience in operatic singing, sang main roles in 4 productions. I’m also a qualified choir conductor.

I specialize in piano teaching with a Master in Education and 6 years of teaching experience. My goal is to keep students challenged in a healthy and happy way. I'm a critically acclaimed pianist from Denmark, with studies from The Royal Danish Academy of Music, Copenhagen and Rimsky Korsakov Conservatory, St Petersburg, now working with professor Igor Roma at the Maastricht Conservatorium. I have received prizes in national and international competitions, and received funding from bigger Danish foundations. I teach my students to be creative, efficient and confident. As someone who has been playing piano for 20 years, I can introduce efficient practice methods and thinking attitudes that can accelerate the progress. There are some mandatory pieces and exercises that the students are required to play, but there is also room for whatever piece they choose and love to play.
