Art Class on painting techniques, colour and more.

Having worked in the creative industry as an illustrator, I have extensive knowledge in art history and the technical aspect of art. Alongside my experience within the industry, I also work with children teaching private, and group, art lessons.  As part of my work as an illustrator, I have delivered group workshops and supported artists on a one to one basis. All lessons will be tailored depending on students needs and interest. Art lessons and creative play: Drawing, painting, digital illustration, sculpture, graphic design, bookbinding, GIF/animation, typography, image editing, crafts. GSCE & A-Level Art tutoring. My classes will be integrating Art and English together. Integrating English and arts can be an excellent approach to learning the English language, as it combines language skills with creative expression. By engaging in fun and creative activities, you can improve your English while enjoying the learning process. I hope that through doing fun, creative activities you or your child has a passion for learning and using English. During our lessons we will be using English and having natural conversations while creating something. Mediums can include: water color, markers, color pencils, acrylics, paper mache, 3d sculptures, air dry clay. Digitally: stop motion videos or other creative video creations. I also have a variety of different activity classes if you want to mix and match types. For example: cooking activities, playing games in English, guided walks with conversation. *Interested in a different activity to do in English? Just message me and we can create a lesson paste, based on you or your child's interests. *If there is a longer project, we can complete it over the course of different lessons.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

You make a painting with that. The canvas serves as the blank canvas in your life, which you will give substance to with your colors. You meet yourself along the way. In how happy it makes you, but also in what you find difficult. I guide you through the process (with assignments), help you to feel free so that you can express yourself from your feeling, in connection with your goal. Which result appears on the canvas is a surprise (it doesn't have to look like anything), but what is certain is that you have connected with your new goal through form and color, have felt how nice it is to achieve this, so that after the session are ready to pull it all to you in real life and start experiencing it.

If you are interested in music, visual art, photography, or sound and are learning Physics, I can use my knowledge from my college level Physics in the Arts course to provide some tips on common physics equations by relating them to something you are actually interested in. I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

I am a qualified artist and English teacher living in Georgia, Europe. I am a digital nomad and travel the world with my rescue cat, Princess. I offer online classes in Oil painting, figure drawing, sketching and Abstract arts. I teach both children and adults and like to use found objects and recycled materials in teaching art to kids. The environment is important to me and I like to teach sustainability while teaching adults and children to find their inner creativity. I believe everyone can be a artist. My tutoring is dedicated to students who are already attending Art Schools or Universities. I am specialised in supervision of student current work and  projects in course, as well as revision of exams material. The goal is to boost students' capacities, teach them to optimise working time, coach them with methods of learning and to keep students constantly challenged.

The students will be taught from the most basic level, which includes drawing lines and shapes, to the combination of colors and the other details.
