Vinyasa Yoga Sessions (In Person or Online) – At your own pace and in your own language
Are you looking for a yoga practice tailored to your needs, goals, and physical condition? I offer personalized Vinyasa Yoga sessions, a dynamic discipline that combines mobility, strength, and conscious breathing.
I offer private lessons from 30 minutes to 1 hour, for teenagers, adults, and seniors, at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
🔹 Each session includes:
A short guided meditation and breathing exercises (pranayama)
A fluid practice of linked postures (asanas), designed to connect body and mind through conscious movement
A final moment of relaxation (Shavasana) to integrate the practice
🗣️ Classes can be in Spanish, English, or French, depending on your preference.
👥 In addition to being a yoga teacher, I am a professional coach, accustomed to helping people of all backgrounds achieve their personal and wellness goals.
📜 I am RYT 500 certified (over 600 hours of training) and have been teaching yoga since 2020, both online and in person. I trained and taught first in Bali, then in Mexico, before settling in Spain, where I have lived for several years.
🌍 I'm passionate about sharing this transformative practice in a way that's accessible, relatable, and tailored to each individual.

Our goal is for you to feel good about training, regardless of whether you're just taking your first steps or have been sweating it out for years.
