There are many essential components to a harmonious piece of writing, and to ensure an effective balance between them requires great skill, and some flare. Both of which can be taught.
During this class students will learn:
- how to use sentence structure to their advantage
- how to write persuasively and with eloquence
- how to brush their essays with a distinctive quality, thereby setting them apart form the rest
- the correct use of quotations and referencing in an English essay
- perfect grammar
This class works best in conjunction with a school or university curriculum. Together we can edit essays you have already written, or work on new essays from the beginning.

Bring your own laptop and a notepad and pen. Plus print-outs of any essays we are working on during the class.

I'm in my third year of studies at Sciences Po Toulouse and I'd like to give French and/or English classes for all levels (A1 to C1) a few hours per week. A patient, attentive teacher, I adapt to the needs of each student to help them progress as best as possible. I myself have made enormous progress in CPGE. I have gained in rigor and efficiency in 3 years and I would like to share both my working method and my rigor with my students.

Typical math courses for example:

- I start the lesson by asking the student questions to identify his main difficulties and I answer any questions he may have.

- I then suggest several standard exercises to him to then make a method sheet and identify precisely what are the steps to follow when faced with this or that type of exercise.

- Finally, I offer him more complex exercises so that he learns to cultivate his intuition in the face of a mathematical exercise.

Of course, this is only a typical process, I adapt to the needs and wishes of the student, a course is above all a dialogue. The main thing is that the student feels as comfortable as possible to ask all the questions that come to him and gain confidence!
