I am also available for people wishing to learn a healthy practice of walking, running or slackline (balance on a smooth rope). For the more advanced in walking and running, I also offer a complete posture analysis as well as progressive learning of the corrections to adopt. I have been helping my clients achieve their health goals for 9 years, whether in individual or group sessions, at home, in the gym and outdoors. I was trained to teach improving health and physical well-being in Paris at the SERAPSE center, the UCPA, the Institute of Fitness Trades and the Greta center. I hold a Professional Certificate in Youth, Popular Education and Sport, Gymnastics Activities of Fitness and Strength, which is one of the main diplomas of French sports educators.
