About Me
I discovered teaching during my military service in Egypt after obtaining my Master's degree in Physics from Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse. It was a revelation, and I subsequently took the CAPES exam in Physics and Chemistry as an independent candidate in Cairo. I returned to France to validate my certification and spent several years teaching in a high school before going abroad with the AEFE (Agency for French Education Abroad) to Morocco. I then obtained a position in a European school (England and Belgium). I primarily taught in the final two years of secondary school, preparing students for the French Baccalaureate (often the International Baccalaureate option) and the European Baccalaureate. Back in France, I taught in positions that bridged middle and high school levels. I then went to Tunisia to help develop the final two years of secondary school at a high school that follows the French curriculum (accredited by the AEFE).
I always try to value my students' work and encourage them. I've met many students with very different difficulties, and I've had to find tools and strategies to help them and overcome certain challenges. It's always very enriching and rewarding when a student finds or rediscovers enjoyment in attending a lesson.
