Unfortunately, the student declined my proposed date and instead suggested days outside my teaching schedule. After several exchanges, I had to pause communication due to other commitments. On the originally proposed date—which had not been confirmed—the student expected a class and subsequently left a negative review. To show goodwill, I even refunded part of the fees (excluding the non-refundable registration fee). - My Commitment and Expectations - I am dedicated to offering high-quality lessons at an approachable rate, supported by my professional background and access to a brand-new Yamaha YUS5 piano.
