This class is meant for those who want to have a better understanding of Music Theory. - Theory: notation, meter, tempo, dynamics, form, key, scales, rhythm, timbre, consonance and dissonance. - Ear Training: intervals, chords, scales, key centre, chord progressions, extensions, sight-singing (Solfege). - Rhythmic training: Subdivisions, meter, notation, time feel, phrasing, claves, inner pulse. - Harmony: functional harmony, voice leading, tonality, modulation, chromaticism, modality, atonality, beyond functional harmony and other systems I will always adapt to the students needs.

Adrian is the co-winner of the prestigious Erasmus Jazz Prize 2019, having the opportunity to play at festivals such as NN North Sea Jazz Fest, Jazz International Rotterdam, Otis Park Festival, Jazz Night Express to Berlin and many other. Only at 23 years of age, he has experience from all sort of places: Latin America, US, Spain and The Netherlands; offering a wide view about not only Jazz but music in general. Adrian has studied with some the top jazz musicians from the Dutch scene: Jesse van Ruller, Reinier Baas, Martijn van Iterson, Maarten van der Grinten, Benjamin Herman, Simon Rigter and many more. As well as participated in countless lessons, workshops and masterclasses with renowned musicians such as Peter Bernstein, Lage Lund, Kendrick Scott, Becca Stevens, Mark Turner and many more. .....................................................................................................................
