About me:

Classically trained flautist with an MA (ZHdK) in orchestral performance and an MA in pedagogy. Former trainee with the Zurich Philharmonic and other orchestras. Former member of a Swiss world music band with concerts throughout Switzerland, including at concert venues and festivals. She began as a solo flautist in Switzerland and Germany in 2015. From 2015 to 2017, she taught at a music school near Zurich. Since 2005, she has continuous teaching experience at all levels, both in individual and group lessons.

You'll develop all the skills necessary to rapidly improve as an instrumentalist, and I'll organize the lessons in a way that guarantees your progress and is most natural and enjoyable for you personally. If it's about simply feeling good, playing good music, and not being overly ambitious, I'll adapt to your needs.

About me:

A classically trained flautist with an MA (ZHdK) in orchestral performance and an MA in teaching. Former player with the Zurich Philharmonic and others. Former member of a Swiss world music band, performing throughout Switzerland at concert venues and festivals. He began as a solo flautist in Switzerland and Germany in 2015 and taught at a music school near Zurich from 2015 to 2017. Experienced in teaching at all levels, both individually and in groups, since 2005.

You'll develop all the skills you need to rapidly improve as an instrumentalist, and I'll organize the lessons to ensure your progress and be most natural and enjoyable for you personally. I like students who really want to learn something, besides having a joyful time playing. Being a hobby musician is fine and not contrary to this approach.
I hope to maximize the amazing experiences of students at all levels that I teach and their ability to perform in a fulfilling way with other musicians.

Graduated with highest marks cum laude for the Bachelor degree in flute at the Conservatory of Florence (Italy) and with the same points at the Conservatory of Milano for the piccolo Master, I am now attending a Master degree in flute performance at the Zurich University of the Arts. Music and especially flute and piccolo are my real passion. My lessons will be always different, based on the student. My main goal is to make music affordable to everyone, that's why I love to have students of any age. I offer private lessons of classical piano, at home, at home, or even online, the one that suits you best :) I am Ariel, a Brazilian pianist living in France for the past 6 years, and in this time i have acquired significant experience as a music teacher, in music schools and with private lessons, also with children, young people and adults - and because of the confinement, I also have experience with lessons online. These courses can also be in French, English or Portuguese !

My method is mainly focused on the autonomy of the student and the joy of making beautiful music. These two principles will guide us in our work, and any technique learned will have the goal of making music more beautiful, of allowing you to actually make the music you want to listen to. Music theory lessons, for children (from 9 years old) and adults.

Passionate about music theory and music theory, I would be happy to share with you my enthusiasm for music theory, so unfairly devalued, due to the sometimes brutal methods with which it is taught.

In the program :
- reading notes (treble clefs, C clefs, F clefs)
- reading rhythms (quarter notes, eighth notes, double / triple / quadruple eighth notes, triplets and other dotted notes)
- dictation of notes (training your ear takes time, but when the exercises are "tailor-made" and progressive, you progress faster)
- dictation of rhythms
