I hold a BA in Conference Interpreting and an MA in China Studies (International Relations) — a background that shapes how I teach, communicate, and help others learn.🥋 My movement education is extensive and ongoing, rooted in direct study with leading practitioners and immersive training experiences:
• 6-month teacher training intensive with Hiddenbody Movement School (2024)
• 2-month high-performance immersion with Rich Andoh (Jan–Feb 2025), focused on running technique, energy systems, breathwork, mental resilience, and exposure training
• 2-month immersion with Rich Andoh (April - May 2025), focused on reimagining the city and body through fear work, ground/suspensory locomotion, hyperfocus, and embodied awareness
• Multiple workshops with leading movement educators, including Marcello Palozzo and Fighting Monkey Practice (2022-2025)
• Background in various dance styles, which laid the foundation for my coordination, rhythm, and mobility
This blend of academic, artistic, and embodied experience shapes my unique approach: thoughtful, adaptive, and grounded in real-world learning.

One of the most impactful collaborations I’ve had was with a student exploring fear through movement. Together, we worked on height exposure, rail balancing, and ground acrobatics, helping them build embodied trust and navigate fear. This journey even inspired an art exhibition, demonstrating how deeply transformative movement can be.
These experiences have shaped my flexible, inclusive, and student-centered teaching approach, ensuring every session is meaningful, adaptive, and supportive.
