Hello, I am professional Artist & Academic. My practice explores the relationship between new media and gender. My most recent paper was given at Warwick University's 'Precarity & Precariousness' conference. I was the Keynote Speaker at this event. While I am working as a freelance artist and academic, I am unable to work at a university full time. However, I would like to take on a few students for regular lessons in English as a Second Language and Essay Writing. I have experience giving tutorials, lectures and papers at universities. I also have experience with private 1on1 tutoring for English GCSE students. My experiences in these professions has also equipped me with the skills to speak and write confidently using formal English. I am originally from London and have a clear Received English accent. I'm Joaquin from Chile, I live currently in Bremen , I have a Bachelor degree in Chile and plenty of experience on youth and professional orchestra playing. I currently study a Master at the hfk Bremen I offer private lessons on violin, viola and musical theorie for begginers and intermediate on all ages. After the experience of learning a language abroad and going to thousands of German classes, what I try in my classes is to be dynamic, fun, learn with games, I think motivation is very important, difficult work for the teacher but with good humor you can get good results. :) -Classes can be for children or adults. -They could be as much as school reinforcement or start from scratch. I can make an adaptive plan. -Mornings from 8 to 12 or afternoons from 17 to 20 -Classes can be at my house or I could also move.
