I hold an academic bachelor's degree in Mathematics with distinction and a master's degree in Data Science & Biostatistics with great distinction from Hasselt University. I also have a degree in acting and am a former scout leader (so I have some experience with children). I also worked as a full-time 3rd-grade math teacher for some time. The method is based on the principle that the signals we receive from the body are designed to guide us toward a happy, healthy, and long life. In spiritual traditions, this collection of signals is often called “the Inner Compass.”

Just like a small cut on your finger heals on its own when the right conditions are created, the body can also heal energetic, emotional, and mental blockages when we listen and support the process.

The body is constantly communicating with you — through pain, tension, pressure but also through feelings and emotions, love, inspiration, curiosity, and vitality. Even though the body is always trying to guide us toward happiness, many of us in the Western world have never learned how to listen to it or act in alignment with its signals.
