I am a yoga teacher with a strong background in Vinyasa and Power Yoga, practicing since 2005 and recently completing my 300h Yoga Teacher Training.
My approach is structured, dynamic and focused on building strength, clarity and body awareness. I am especially passionate about supporting active people and athletes who want to improve their performance, prevent injuries and feel more connected to their bodies.

300h Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance Certified), focused on Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga. Training includes anatomy, sequencing, alignment, and teaching methodology.
