Throughout the class I can cover exam style questions and answers, I can provide students with relevant sources and extra-curricular work in order to better there understanding in this subject too! I offer to teach in a flexible manner which helps each individual student to work in such a way that works best for them!

Methodology

Having studied and worked in multiple educational environments in Greece and the UK, I have found that the combination of formal and non-formal education methods is the best teaching tool for international students of diverse educational backgrounds. In my lessons, I present the theory of GCSE subjects (Business Studies and Social Studies), as well as A-Level and IB subjects (Business & Entrepreneurship, Essay Writing, Presentations & Interviews) not only through lecturing, giving examples, mini exercises, assessments, but also through ice breaking and team bonding games, role-playing games, debate, and mini projects. This aims to provide students not only with theoretical knowledge, but also with practical expertise, and at the same time to allow them to develop a plethora of soft skills that are useful for their educational and further professional background.

What benefits you get from my Teaching classes:

1) I am not very strict when it comes to extra time. We can extend a bit. +10 mins is no problem. I always think that long sessions with small pauses are better so that you get a grip of the topic.

2) I can teach in group as well as alone , what suits you best. In case you are out for a break and don't want to lag behind in comparison to what is going on in school we, can have some back to back classes in short time, if that suits you.

Teaching has been a long time passion for me. I have taught already some candidates (look testimonials below) and during my colleges days I have held classes with several group of students. After moving to University I was also delivering sessions for my classmates from different parts of the world and I was in-charge of specific experiment for Bachelors and Masters students as well for a year.

About Me
I had Mathematics and Science in my School time where I scored 95/100 in Maths and 99/100 in Sciences (Indian First stage of Scientific Education) and then 95/100 again in Mathematic for exams Just before University. Due to love for machines I pursued Mechanical Engineering and then specialized in Materials Science (Physics and Chemistry of Materials). In a nutshell I am a Materials Scientist.

My classes will be adapted to the level, needs, interests and rhythm of each student. I have several teaching materials; I try to base the learning on real materials: books, newspapers, audiovisual materials, practical cases, etc.

Oral interaction will be a leading agent in each of the classes. In addition, as far as possible, the examples or cases that are proposed will be real and close. In this way, learning and understanding will be facilitated in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

As for my work development in the Educational field, I have experience both at the Infant and Primary levels, also in secondary and in Adult Education. I have given private classes in Language and Literature, Syntax for Selectivity; of Mathematics, Language, Science and English. Currently, I also teach private tutoring to children between 5-14 years old online.
