About Me

My name is Ghiwa located in France.

I am a dedicated food safety and quality assurance professional with a Master’s degree in Food Technology and Processing.

I am fluent in Arabic, and very proficient in both French and English. My computer skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Omega software. Additionally, I possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and have significant experience in preparing and delivering presentations.

I am actively involved in volunteering at the Lebanese Food Bank and have experience in freelance website content creation and food safety-related projects.

Education

I hold a Master’s degree in Food Technology and Processing from the University of Saint-Joseph in Beirut, Lebanon, which I completed in 2018. Additionally, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Lebanese University in Beirut, Lebanon, in 2016.

Experience / Qualifications

I worked two years as a Quality Assurance Manager at Levant Beverage & Dairy Industries SAL where I developed and implemented an effective food safety management system in accordance with ISO 22000:2018. Prior to that, I was a Branch Manager at Mikana Food Service SARL for one year ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and food safety standards throughout catering operations.

I have received several certifications, including ISO 22000:2018 Lead Food Safety Auditor from SAI Global, ISO 19011:2011 Quality Internal Audit from ISO Liban, and Covid-19 Training for Healthcare Workers from Stanford Medicine University.
