I adapt my method according to the level and needs of the student, my course can take the form of homework help, or a deepening of the student's lessons, or even a preparation for an examination or assessment. My main goal is not to put pressure on my student while making him progress. I am initially interested in the student's interest in the language and I try to observe the strengths and those requiring more work. For this, the first session is important, I talk to the student to find out what I need. It is important to establish a relationship of trust between the student and me, that he does not feel judged for his level, his possible difficulties. I take the necessary time to listen to the student about his feelings about my working method in order to improve and personalize it. Depending on the student's language level, I prefer discussions in English as much as possible, to get them to practice English and also to get them out of their comfort zone, to encourage them to try. I take into account the method of the student's language teacher and I adapt to it, in fact, my goal is not only to make people love the language but also to guarantee success at school level in this subject . In order to allow a regular enrichment of the language, I give a list of ten vocabulary words to learn from one session to another. The goal is to enrich the vocabulary of the student without giving him an immense additional workload.

Like most musicians, I have long wondered how we could "organize" the learning of music by avoiding waste of time, energy, "repetition" and discouragement in front of such work ... My approach focuses on 3 important points: the development of the inner ear, the knowledge of Harmony and the mastery of the instrument. To describe a sound: The auditory recognition of rhythms and heights makes it possible to develop the ear, by recording audio tracks directly on the instrument and / or on the score. To have a good ear is to recognize and name a sound (rhythm, interval, tone, chord, cadence ...). Understand the musical grammar: Harmony consists in explaining what are the chords and their sequences in various styles. The knowledge of Harmony helps a lot to choose the right nuances and good accents in the interpretation of a piece (including current music). It is essential for those who wish to compose or arrange. Find effective positions on the instrument: Finally, a reflection on the choice of fingerings greatly facilitates the interpretation of even very difficult pieces, and improves the sound result.
