Acting is a variety of opportunities: it's playful, as an actor you can work in different fields, theatre, film, voice-over and radio.
I can help you to grow and be confident to get into the acting school or into work. Furthermore, I can teach you how to be able to work independently on a role.
With children I love to jump into improvisations and see and guide where it goes to create something magnificent.
If you need more confidence in public speaking I am all ears and will help you to gain the confidence.
Moreover, we can work on Radio podcasts as I have over 10 years experience in directing, producing and hosting podcasts.
What ever it is you want to work on, or refresh your knowledge I'll pick you up where you stand.

For all levels, for both children and adults, and diploma preparation.
All aspects of the language would be targeted during the lessons, emphasizing those desired by the student (ex: conversational, grammar)

Depending on the level and the method of study will be adapted to each student, with outside-of-class follow up. The classes will be conducted in either English, French, or both, once again depending on the needs and the level of the student.
Classes focused on the reinforcement of the language can also be organised, focused on specific topics that the student is interested in, which will allow the student not to lose the language and to develop further their knowledge of lexicon in the specific area.

In what concerns diploma preparation, the lessons will focus on the particularities of the tests (timing, response format, lexicon, etc).

Languages are becoming more and more essential to solidify a good understanding and communication of this world’s constant change. Therefore, Spanish, being one of the most popular language, becomes an important tool. In order to speak it, the class is composed by grammar, vocabulary, listening and speaking. Depending on the time and frequency, the student will be be able to articulate thoughts and write them.
It is vital that the language is spoken, hence, depending on the student’s level, the class will be provided in Spanish and English (swapping when necessary).

Based on a submission on “in”, the seven(7) elements of public speaking are the speaker, the message, the channel, the listener, the feedback, the interference, and the situation.

The five key skills we'll talk about today are:
Knowing your audience.
Tone and timing.
Body language.
Dealing with nerves.
Practice.

Your voice is the most important tool you will use as a public speaker. One simple way to improve your voice is by learning to breathe fully and deeply from your diaphragm. Diaphragmatic breathing, or belly breathing, is essential for accessing your most powerful voice.

Speak, speak, speak. Let's start right off by saying that there isn't a magic pill for better speaking. ...
Reflect on your conversations. ...
Listen and read. ...
Prepare cheat sheets. ...
Pick up the phone. ...
Record your voice. ...
Learn phrases rather than single words. ...
Have fun.

Ciar is a recent graduate of Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance; a versatile queer dance artist freelancing in London with a background in Hip-Hop, Circus Arts, Classical Ballet and Contemporary dance.

I hope to offer everyone an exciting and enjoyable time whilst pushing thier physical capabilities. Dance should be fun!

My class explores a choreographic style of contemporary dance with clear influences from Cunningham technique and my recent expirience working with Jason Mabana. The work will challenge your coordination, rhythm, attention to detail and demostrate a contemporary application of classical teachnical forms, but all through explorative and original material.

The class is structured like any other technical class, each exercise desinged to methodicaly warm up and work the body, building on the previous exercises, before culminating in a longer choreography where we can pull everything together and just have a boogie.

I can tailor the work to each student however I would reccomend having some technical expirience, classical or contemporary.

I’m a professional actor working across theatre, TV, film, and commercial projects, and a current auditioning actor who knows exactly what casting panels are looking for. I bring real-world, up-to-date industry experience into every session, offering practical audition prep, self-tape coaching, and drama school support.

I have over five years’ experience teaching LAMDA across Acting, Verse & Prose, Musical Theatre, and Public Speaking. Whether you’re aiming for exams, auditions, or simply more confidence, sessions are tailored to you.

I specialise in comedy and character work and believe training should be bold, playful, and fun. I love working with people who are passionate, curious, and ready to explore — whether you’re a serious performer, prepping for drama school, or an amateur who’s always wanted to discover your creative side.

Training should feel exciting, not intimidating. Let’s do great work and enjoy it.

My lessons are designed to be dynamic, supportive, and confidence-building, creating a safe space where students can explore and enjoy singing without fear or pressure. I strongly believe that learning music should feel exciting, empowering, and personal. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone with previous experience, my goal is to help you feel comfortable using your voice and expressing yourself freely while developing healthy vocal habits.

Classes combine vocal technique, breathing exercises, interpretation, musicality, acting tools, diction, and fun performance-based activities adapted to each student’s level, musical taste, and goals. As a bilingual actor and singer with professional experience in musical theatre, live performance, television, and music projects in Mexico, the United States, and Spain, I also help students connect emotionally with songs, improve stage presence, and build confidence while performing in front of others.

My vocal background includes training in musical theatre, jazz singing, gospel music, choral singing, contemporary music, and vocal coaching. Thanks to this variety of styles and techniques, lessons can be adapted for students interested in musical theatre, pop, contemporary music, jazz, or simply discovering and improving their natural voice.

One of my biggest priorities is vocal health. Students will learn how their vocal instrument truly works, how to use it correctly, and how to sing safely without hurting themselves. Understanding your voice is just as important as developing it, and I make sure every exercise is done in a healthy and sustainable way.

I believe every voice has potential, and every student deserves encouragement, patience, and a positive environment throughout their artistic journey. As Gusteau says in Ratatouille: “Everyone can sing.”

“The mind is a terrible master, but an excellent servant."
Heaven is where you are the master of your own mind and hell is where the mind is your master.
Most meditation advice leaves people frustrated.
“Just sit and clear your mind” rarely works — especially if your mind is busy, anxious, or constantly jumping around.
This workshop is for people who have tried meditation and struggled, or who simply want a method that actually helps them take back control.
Drawing on Vipassana and other practical approaches, I’ll show you simple, effective techniques that calm the nervous system, reduce overthinking, and turn the mind from master into useful servant.
What you’ll learn:

Why most meditation fails (and what to do instead)
Short, realistic practices you can use in daily life
How to work with a busy mind rather than fighting it
Techniques for better sleep, lower stress, and clearer thinking
How to build a sustainable habit that doesn’t feel like a chore

No spiritual jargon. No pressure to become a “meditator.”
Just practical tools that help you become the master of your own mind.
Suitable for complete beginners and those who’ve tried and given up.
