A native of Rio de Janeiro, Felipe Olivé began his piano studies under the guidance of Professor Marcilda Clis. Upon entering UNIRIO, he started taking lessons with the pianist and composer Claudio Dauelsberg. He holds a degree in piano from the Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe in Germany, where he was a student of Professor Kaya Han. He spent 2 years in Portugal, where he taught at the Academia de Música de Almada. He also received guidance from Professor and pianist Manuel Araújo of the Academia Internacional de Música Aquilles Delle Vigne in Coimbra. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's degree in Piano Performance at LUCA School of Arts in Belgium, with the renowned pianist Sylvia Thereza as his teacher. He has been awarded in national and international competitions, such as the VII Sardoal Young Talent Award (2nd Prize - ex-aequo in the Piano Solo category; 2nd Prize and Best Portuguese Duo in the Piano Duo category), the Prof. Dichler-Competition 2022 in Vienna (2nd Prize - ex aequo in the Piano Duo category), the I National Piano Competition of the Villa-Lobos Music School (Honorable Mention) in Rio de Janeiro, and the XXVI Souza Lima Piano Competition (Honorable Mention) in São Paulo. His classes are intended for anyone who wants to start learning music theory and piano or those who already have basic or advanced knowledge. From Classical to Popular music, his teaching method adapts to the goals and individual desires of the student. During the classes, music theory is taught either concurrently or separately from practice, and the repertoire to be played is chosen collaboratively with the student. Felipe has years of experience as a concert pianist and teacher in academies and music schools. He seeks the most suitable approach for each student, respecting their learning pace, helping overcome difficulties, and exploring their strengths, always encouraging progress.

Reading, understanding, playing and writing music. I offer lessons for children and adults, no matter the level. In my lessons, in addition to learning technique and the instrumental repertoire (clarinet), you learn the language of music in all its facets (solfeggio, rhythmics, dictation, harmony, elements of composition). The method I use varies for each individual student and depends not only on his/her level, but on what interests him/her most and what serves his/her artistic growth. I am Ezio, I am Italian and I moved to Belgium to continue my studies. I have a degree in clarinet, I also studied conducting for wind orchestras, musical propaedeutics and also theatre and theatre therapy. I have worked with youth bands and taught in two music schools in Sicily. I am always interested in new methodologies and everything that can make learning not only functional, but also a real pleasure.

This lesson is especially for the hobby-musician (in the making). My goal is to teach the student how to play in playing the Saxophone, be it in classical music, pop, jazz, ... of my students, I expect them to have fun playing music and that they show it by doing their best without having to be a rut to play the instrument.

I have been playing electric guitar for 16 years and I was a member of several rock bands before. In my courses, I mostly focus on improvisation over bluesy, jazzy or simple rock chords. For those beginners, I start with some basics until we reach the required level to improvise. I am a flute player based in Leuven. I obtained my master degree in flute in September 2020 at LUCA School of Arts and I am currently beginning bachelor music therapy. In 2017 I obtained my diploma in Pedagogical Formation. As a teacher I have taught flute in different schools and to students of any age. Due to my pedagogical studies in Dokuz Eylül University, I have full knowledge of training approaching to students in different age ranges. I welcome learners of all skill levels, from beginners who are completely new, to those with some childhood experience, to the advanced level players who need of fresh inspiration. I believe that everyone has an ear for music to some degree and that anyone can learn how to play succesfully.
