I am a Maths and Physics Tutor with over 8 years of experience tutoring teenagers, students and young adults. After having received a bachelor in Aerospace Engineering and Philosophy & Mathematics, I am now doing research at the University of Cambridge in the field of AI. Because of this, I am only able to give online classes.

My teaching is based on a principles of compassion, understanding and personalisation. I believe that every student is different and that for every student a tailor-made approach is required to create the perfect lesson. After all, each of us retains information in a different way. For some, visual learning is crucial, while for others simply talking through the problem can be enough. That is why I use my five years of experience in tutoring to gauge what the student exactly needs and how the student can fully understand the problem. During my studies in Econometrics at the University of Amsterdam (graduated in 2015, MSc.) and in addition to my job as a consultant, I have always taught mathematics and statistics to secondary school students and university students (HBO and WO) with great pleasure. Since 2022 I work parttime as a math teacher and educational advisor in the Emma Children's Hospital in Amsterdam and besides I teach private students.
