The Pilates method is a technique that respects the body, the goal of which is to bring a better understanding of your body and the control of your breathing, while improving the physical capacities and by working your deep muscles of the back and your abs, which will develop your flexibility and posture.

Yoga
A simple sequence of yoga movements with sustained breathing, it deeply tones the muscles and relaxes your body and relaxes your mind. Our yoga is accessible to all.
