Yoga is a perfect way to maintain your body and mind balanced.
I have been teaching for the last three years, mainly Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga (mostly online).
My classes are quite traditional, in fact, I love to remain tied to the Indian tradition from which I have learned and continue to learn. You will always find pranayama and meditation in my classes because Yoga is not just Asana practice: you will need all the limbs to be a yoga student.
I also teach Yin Yoga, a very different kind of Yoga (It directs the stimulation normally created in the asana portion of the practice deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.)
The private lessons are tailored to your goals and physical abilities.
Yoga sessions will be given online, in the comfort of your home, or outside as weather permits.
