The acquisition of a degree in musicology, a DEM in trumpet and then a Bachelor in Trumpet as well as experience in different formations (reggae, French song, pop/rock, bigband, symphonic orchestra, baroque ensemble, chamber music, contemporary music, ...), plus experience as a trumpet teacher in music school, a Bafa/Juleica and a crazy love for music and in particular the trumpet, allows me to assure you that you will find something to satisfy you!

About Me

I am a student at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève in a Masters in pedagogy and a trumpet player in the Geneva area.
I have been giving lessons for 8 years and I would be delighted to share my experience with young and old alike!

Education

Originally from Haute-Savoie, I started playing trumpet in the region's music schools. Admitted to the Grenoble Conservatory in 2013, I followed the teaching of Jean Charles Denis in modern and natural trumpet. I also took classes from Arnaud Petit in composition as well as Chrystelle Chovelon in lyrical singing. I also obtained a degree in Musicology from the University of Grenoble. In June 2018, I obtained my Diploma of Musical Study in trumpet and was admitted the following year to the Haute Ecole des Arts du Rhin in Strasbourg. I was then admitted to the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève in September 2020 where I completed my Master's degree in pedagogy.

Experience / Qualifications

Active in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region and in the Geneva basin, I had the opportunity to play with symphony orchestras, chamber music ensembles, trumpet and organ concerts and with choirs. I like to explore styles with various formations such as big band, contemporary music and current music. I was also involved in the Thalie association from 2017 to 2019 with which I co-organized two classical music festivals in the Grenoble basin as well as two small courses concluded with concerts in India (New Delhi). I also had the chance to participate in an educational project in Cairo.

As a violinist: I am currently a student at the Geneva University of Music, after having followed the pre-professional course at the Conservatoire de Musique de Genève. During my career, I won several prizes such as the Vatelot Rampal competition in Paris and the Jeunesses Musicales of Switzerland soloist, and string quartet (alongside Julie Berthollet in particular). I also attended the Indianapolis University Academy summer internship.

As a Pedagogue: in addition to sporadically giving individual lessons for 4 years, I was part of the "Jeunesses Musicales of Switzerland" youth and youth internship team for three consecutive years.
