I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

This class is to introduce you to the basics of acrylic painting. Whether it’s your very first time using a paint brush, or you need extra practice I will assist and teach you the basics acrylic painting. There is no rules in art only foundations. Let’s get started and make some art together!

A creative activity to relax and reconnect with yourself. You'll express your emotions creatively and visually see what you feel so you can then transform what you see fit. The creative process changes the structure of the brain and generates dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin, which promote well-being.

This combination of art and English class will help children explore their creative ability and, at the same time, gain new language skills. We can discuss any medium you want your child to explore and I will create a suitable lesson for each class. Tailored classes with interesting artistic topics will provide extra motivation for students and encourage them to remember various information from the class. Art is a vital part of humanity. We are all deeply capable of creating art and experiencing the beauty of the process. But sometimes, it’s easy to feel lost or overwhelmed—and that’s where I come in! I’m here to guide you on this personal journey. I’m about to graduate from Rutgers University’s Art Conservatory, and I’ve explored a wide range of mediums that I would love to share with you. Whether you’re just beginning or looking to deepen your practice, I’m excited to help you find your creative flow and discover what makes your art unique.

How to prepare for a media interview? What means should be used to fight his fear of the camera and improve his image? How to present yourself and your project in front of a camera? How to present yourself and your project to the media? Targeted content according to your project: Verbal and/or gestural communication; Seduction of the lens and/or microphone; Improvisation in front of a microphone and/or camera; Voice & gaze; One or two camera games; Chronic; Animation; Reporting; Live radio & TV; Interview; Narration; Speech in all its forms (...). In short, several objectives: ◾ Confront your shyness in front of the microphone/camera. ◾ Understand his speech and diction. ◾ Tame the media environment (radio/tv). ◾ Become familiar with your image and voice. ◾ Manage your speaking time. Through exercises (diction, voice, presence, breathing, presentations, time management), role plays, simulated interviews and familiarization with their image and voice, participants evolve at their own pace within a framework flexible teaching. Please note that during the videoconference session, all the notes are transcribed gradually on the chat so that you can access them at any time when you wish. Indeed, speaking is a predominantly physical activity, which, while taking care of its image, is based on a body, a voice, a breath, a rhythm (diction) and an emotion (the imagination and the sensations ) reflecting the speaker's involvement in his speech. How to send a clear message? How to make the difference, to make an impression? Knowing how to speak, act and interact in public is almost a necessity today: your public speaking must be effective and efficient with clear, simple and impactful messages. Simple and pragmatic tools will be presented for: generating listening ● making an impression ● fostering confidence ● generating need ● motivating teams by explaining a strategy ● getting messages across within groups ● overcoming shyness by assimilating 3 CRV axes (body-breathing-voice) ● better manage disagreement or conflict. Mastered, the method allows: • to improve self-confidence and stress management with the development of the speaker's (verbal-corporal) ease, his public speaking skills and his sense of repartee and improvisation. • to work on their ease, leadership, charisma, creativity and personal development through role-playing scenarios. * to improve the characteristics of the spoken voice (timbre, pitches, intention, flow). * convey your message through your image, while gaining improvisation skills and responsiveness. Supplemented by basic exercises (diction, voice, presence, breathing, presentation, time management), role plays, improvisations and simulations. With the key word: pronunciation, diction / articulation, the sense of repartee. I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings. I am an artist and philosopher from Amsterdam currently living in Antwerp. I studied in London where I acquired a BA from Art Academy London and a BA in philosophy from St Mary's University London. Artistic development starts by identifying your artistic interest. As artists, we don’t always know why we draw and paint the things that we do. Yet they are not random. What captivates us or draws us towards certain artworks? This might be the tonal way in which light reflects, structural forms or mathematical division. The point being, is that we all have such aesthetic interests and step 1 is finding out what interests you! Step 2 is helping you express your interests through painting techniques, styles and materiality. But it all starts with you. What do you want to say? And how? I will help you do this through discussion, looking at your previous work (if you have any), introducing you to a LARGE variety of artists, potentially copying their styles. I adjust my classes according to your needs. The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language. (Please note that just because you have found an artistic interest and a way to express it, it does not mean that you must do only one thing for the rest of your life. It is the downfall of creativity to repeat and paint the same way over and over again. Instead, allow your interests to drive your creativity. Let it be the starting point, venture out and discover it from various angles and ways of expressing it. But also be mindful that as we grow our interests can change and as they change, we must remain honest and respond accordingly such that our artistic language can also grow.) Have questions? Understanding the basics to drawing anything should not be frightening! As a reluctant art student, I could not draw to save my life.
