I`m a well educated lively PhD student. I`m ambitious, academic and enjoy helping others solve problems. I have much personal experience with achieving success in exams, and wish to help more students do the same. I specialise in teaching Maths at IGCSE and GCSE (14-16 year olds). I can teach Psychology at all levels up until University Masters. I tailor each tutoring session to the pupil's wishes and needs. My approach is strongly focused on exam technique, practise and eradicating fears of exam papers. Exams are effective in highlighting weak areas, then I break down into individual topics, then teach the basics and build back up to exam standard.

Fortaleza is a city that attracts many tourists from all over the world because of the amazing beaches. It’s a very warm and cozy city. I currently live in the Netherlands. Here is an amazing country to live, I appreciate the people and the culture. I’m psychologist and I have a master's degree in education. I also have experience in teaching Portuguese to foreigners. I would love to help you to learn Portuguese or to increase your Portuguese knowledge. The learn process can be easier when it becomes an active process where you feel good doing it, when is fun. For this reason conversation is so important. Currently I’m learning Dutch, so I know how important that is. I will ask your Portuguese level to know from which point we can start, the reason you want to learn Portuguese and your target. That way we can emphasize in your interesting points. I hope to be your Portuguese teacher and see you soon :)

English language and literature: up to and including university thesis supervision Psychology: up to and including university thesis supervision. Philosophy: up to and including university thesis supervision Dutch: up to and including 6VWO History: up to and including 6VWO. Reading and writing skills: all levels Presentation and speaking skills: all levels Personal development: all levels. But I have more to offer my pupils than just professional knowledge. I am also educated and experienced in coaching and guidance, so I am not just a teacher, but an expert in personal development. As a therapist I know how to deal with learning or other problems of any kind. So I deliver custom work, for children as well as young people and adults What does a lesson from me look like? Well, that is always a surprise and never boring! My starting point is coaching, so I always work on a good relationship and developing or strengthening confidence in my own capacities, or Empowerment. Everything else comes after that. A lesson of mine is otherwise varied, with relatively short, but very intensive learning moments, and in between small breaks with some distraction. This could be a conversation about something else, or a joke, or an anecdote, so that you get the best out of your concentration and the material remains manageable. I also often work with music, or poems, or paintings that are related to the subject matter, then it sticks better and it is just great fun. I am very inventive and original, so with me you are drawn into an adventure every lesson!
