I am a long-time Francophile who studied French Language and Literature for a total of five years at University. In that time, I received two scholarships for further study in Tahiti and New Caledonia, and subsequently went on to study post-grad Communications and Public Relations. After 20 years of working in the corporate world, I have decided to circle back to my first love - la langue française. Although not my native tongue, I have a colloquial French accent, and understand perfectly the challenges of shifting your thinking from English into French. I teach with humour, empathy and understanding which make the journey to fluency more enjoyable - and quicker, as a result.

You will be taught by someone in their final year studying French at university who has lived in France for 5 months. Lessons will be tailored to the specific age range, or linguistic desires. WARNING: there are many approaches to these theories, we shall go by what has been adopted at your university. Also: AI over-generates syntactic trees. They are not to be used for essays or to understand the underlying theories (right now, 2026).
