I am a Belgian-born person of Chinese descent. My mother tongue is Cantonese Chinese, and I studied Mandarin Chinese for 5 years (Saturday classes) and another year at evening school (Het Perspectief, Ghent). In addition, I lived in Taiwan for two years.
