I have been teaching and instructing for a little over three years now. My motivation to start this was because I realized how much people wanted to learn and how much I loved sharing my knowledge.
Interesting about learning with me is the fact that I can breakdown concepts into easier and more understandable terms using real-world examples as often as possible, and I have found this to be extremely helpful.
