Erfahrung / Qualifikationen
I am currently working as a Pupil Support Assistant, which involves contributing to programmes of work for young people with additional support needs and help to assess their effectiveness. In this role, I am responsible for providing an appropriately challenging and stimulating educational environment where individual children and young people are encouraged to reach their full potential.

Similarly, I have also worked as a Playworker for two years at an After School Club, which involved daily interaction with children, who I built great relationships with. In this role, I was responsible for the organisation of daily activities and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for the children who attended the After School Club. This role also extended to other areas, such as helping children with homework and providing stimulating and educational activities.
