Creative cooking is not just putting random ingredients together with an aesthetic touch. Rather it is about creating new dishes that tell a small story, tickle, and excite all our senses and especially our imagination!

Aesthetic is important because we eat with our eyes (first), so the glance is fundamental to amaze and create expectation and suspense, but those promises and expectations must and confirmed in the smell and ultimately in the taste.

A dish is a game of consistencies, colors, and flavors that mix and harmonize with each other!
I am a very experienced personal chef and I love to share my knowledge and passion. I bring you from beginner to advanced level always with interesting and tasty recipes.

I’ve always been fascinated by everything related to food — from unusual ingredients and traditional recipes to exciting new flavour combinations. My first teachers were the women in my family, who showed me how to understand ingredients and approach them with both curiosity and respect.
Building on that foundation, I expanded my culinary experience by learning from talented chefs who helped me see cuisine from a deeper perspective and channel my creativity into new recipes.
