My name is Egita and I am a professional singer and vocal teacher. I began my musical studies in Riga, Latvia at the age of 9. In 2006 I completed studies as a choral conductor and entered Jazeps Vitols Latvian Academy of music in classical singing and teaching department. In 2010 I achieved bachelor in classical singing and also a professional qualification as a singing teacher. In same year I started my voice studies in Conservatorium Maastricht with prof. Axel Everaert. In 2014 I finished Master in Classical singing and Master in Opera singing. During my studies in Riga, Latvia, I have worked as a singing teacher in Vidzemes Jurmalas music and art school, as well teached private students. Also when I came to Maastricht, during my development as a professional singer, I kept teaching singing. I regularly participate in various courses, masterclasses and festivals, and I have an active performance schedule.

My name is Dean and I am an experienced music tutor based in Maastricht, The Netherlands. I have many years of experience working as a music teacher in the UK where I worked with children and adults. Both those who wish to have music as a hobby and those preparing for exams, auditions, and performances. During my bachelor studies in music at the University of Manchester, I conducted research into the relationship between music performance anxiety and pedagogy and this research has enabled me to create a safe learning environment for my students.

I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. The most important thing during my lessons is to help the student find a healthy and comfortable way of singing! During the first part of the lesson, we will focus on Technique and breathing, while during the second part of the lesson we will focus on the repertoire chosen together with the student, applying the aspect of the technique that we worked on previously in the lesson.

From my childhood I have been studying music and art: sang in choir and solo, played piano, painted, studied music history and literature, solfeggio. Later in college I have also learned choir conducting, had ensemble and choir singing lessons, cultural studies. During last year in university I had pedagogy practice at university and at private art school (where I worked as a music tutor before the war - piano, voice). I truly enjoyed working with students. They all were different age (8 - 40+ years old) and level. But all were very interesting and work was pleasant. My education was very various: my core subjects were conducting, choir, voice, piano. So it allowed me to work with children, teens and adults with quite wide range of interests and needs: some students needed/wanted to learn particular composition(s), sometimes pop songs arrangements, some were interested in “introduction” to the music, some wanted to renew skills they gained in their childhood and continue their journey to the music world. In addition I prepared presentations (which contained information about cultural and historical background and musical and character/art analysis). So after graduation from choir conducting faculty (which allowed me to deepen my knowledge in many important compatible branches) I concentrated on studying classical singing and piano, expanded my cultural studies and analysis knowledge, practiced solfeggio and harmony.

In my classes I teach you how to use your voice correctly when singing, improving your breathing, voice, diction, with your favorite song repertoire. The idea is to make it very dynamic so that you fall in love with your voice and are motivated to want to work on it every day. It doesn't matter how old you are, you can learn. Hi, I'm an active opera singer and I offer one-to-one online singing lessons to students of all ages and abilities. I have a Master of fine arts (Department of Vocal and Acting Studies) from Lodz Musical Accademy in Poland and I've performed professionally as an opera singer in Baltic Opera. In 2020 I got a special scholarship from prestigious Accademia D'Arte Lirica in Italy. Apart from opera experience, I was a leader of the alternative rock band for many years. Currently I continue my career in Italy singing in many opera theaters and teaching. As a vocal coach I specialize in multi-genre styles such as classical, musical, pop, rock and jazz.
