English Literature at GCSE level can be difficult. There are a few texts you'll have to remember and analyse along with having to develop strong written answers for exam questions. Alone, this can all seem very overwhelming.
However, classes with me could take some of the weight off of your shoulders.

• I have experience tutoring English Literature, English Language, RE and Psychology at GCSE levels. I also have a broad ranging knowledge of A level content within these subjects.

I am a tutor of Italian and English as a foreign/second language. I had the opportunity to teach in different contexts with multicultural groups of students from many countries and backgrounds. I am currently teaching Italian to individual students and corporate clients with different language requirements and purposes. I have also conducted a preparation course for Italian GCSE and A level exams in London.

This class is for students who require assistance with editing academic or other work.

For Linguistics and Phonetics you will go through your university course assignments with me, we shall do "Chomskian trees" and we shall discuss theoretical points (eg GB theory, minimalist program). For Phonetics, IPA symbols and phonetic structures and theories (auto-segmental phonology and optimality theory). WARNING: there are many approaches to these theories, we shall go by what has been adopted at your university.
