GCSE English Language or Literature Revision Class

This class will cover GCSE English Language, both paper 1 and paper 2. Looking at each of the topics individually and working though the questions. I will go through what is expected in each question and give more lessons on each topic. I will also be doing GCSE English Literature, looking at varieties of texts and explain on what is needed from you to answer the questions and understanding the texts.

I am a motivated individual to help my students pass their exams. I am training to be a teacher and currently teach 4 GCSE classes. I am aware of the curriculum standards and mark schemes. I am friendly, bubbly and an easy going person, until I want the work to be complete. I have had plenty of experience in teaching and tutoring and I believe I would be a great tutor for you.

I am currently working at a college teaching GCSE students who are undertaking their exams in June. I started last November and still work there. I have a lot of resources to share and my knowledge surrounding GCSE exams, Mark schemes and the different exam boards.

I specialise in tutoring french, italian and english literature and language to students of all ages, in particular those preparing for their GCSE examinations. I build a rapport quickly with students and help them every step of the way, from basic skills to advanced exam preparation. Last year, I took on an english literature student who got 2 Bs for english in his mock examinations, and with my help he got 2 A*s in the real thing. I have a reference from this person's parent if needed. I assign homework every lesson and provide periodic progress reports.

French is a romantic language and widely spoken in Europe.
