I was introduced to Chinese calligraphy from an early age through my family's long-standing tradition and cultural heritage. This foundation allowed me to develop a deep appreciation for Chinese calligraphy as both an art form and a reflection of Chinese culture, history, and philosophy. For the past eight years, I have been teaching Chinese calligraphy in Switzerland to students ranging from 4 years old to adults, from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. My classes focus not only on handwriting techniques but also on cultivating an understanding of the rich cultural traditions behind the art. I was introduced to Chinese calligraphy at a very young age thanks to the long tradition and cultural heritage of my family. This foundation allowed me to develop a deep admiration for Chinese calligraphy, both as an art form and as a reflection of Chinese culture, history, and philosophy. Whether your goal is personal or professional, speaking is a predominantly physical activity, relying on a body, a voice, a breath, a rhythm (diction) and an emotion (the imagination and the sensations, reflecting the involvement of the speaker in his speech. How to send a clear message? How to make the difference, to make an impression? How to regain self-confidence and control the management of his emotions? Knowing how to speak in public is now a necessity for the company and in the company. From a personal point of view, this is a vector for better relationships and optimal messages. On the phone, in a meeting, in front of a client or a banker (...), your public speaking must be effective and efficient with clear, simple and powerful messages, creating a match between the message received and the message sent. Born following behavioral observation, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) designates a whole set of techniques (dissociation, reframing, etc.) and methods aimed at promoting the personal development of the individual. Neuro-linguistic programming is concerned with how humans function in a given environment, based on their behavioral patterns. Through a set of techniques and methods, NLP helps to change the way an individual perceives his environment. Indeed, each individual has a map of the world which is specific to him, and which is modulated by his beliefs and his conditioning. The purpose of NLP is to modify this map in order to enable the individual to achieve their goals more effectively. NLP therefore provides the necessary tools to make personal and structural changes, in order to create new potential for success. Neuro-linguistic programming is primarily concerned with "How to make it work well?" Rather than "Why is this not working?" ". It suggests recognizing the behaviors we adopt when communicating, and then making changes if desired. - “Programming” refers to the fact that we are conditioned by our environment which includes a system of beliefs and behaviors. - “Neuro” means that these programs are encoded in our neural circuits. - “Linguistics” refers to language, whether verbal or non-verbal. Examples of benefits of Neurolinguistic Programming: -Improvement of the mother-child relationship -Improved performance and decreased anxiety -Improvement of psychological difficulties and quality of life (..) The objective of this training: to target the tools which will support your communication, your image, will help you to decipher your interlocutor (...) to better achieve your objectives. Thus, after having exchanged with you about the essential blockages that you encounter, targeted areas for improvement, your objectives (...), pragmatic tools, techniques & methods will be put in place based on the initial data. This efficient and powerful software was first used for the preservation of archaeological objects and historical monuments, but is now used for video games, VFX and virtual reality, as it offers tools and results of a impressive quality, all in an easy-to-use interface.
