Latin was popular a thousand years ago, French - a couple centuries ago, English is the language of the 21st century! We'll work on Speaking and Writing skills, and, of course, Grammar. For advanced learners I fancy such books as Destination and Grammar in Use (we won't be restrained by just these, though). With beginners we'll be maintaining a decent active vocabulary. I'm offering French or English classes for children and adults where they would learn through games and conversations, according to their age and language level. I have a lot of experience teaching foreign languages to children, as I have been a teacher assistant and an international au pair before. I have been giving private classes regularly for the past 6 years. I can also help out with homework. I have helped Erasmus and exchange students, as well as parents and expats that have moved to the Netherlands. For adults, I can do conversational French or English lessons where the subjects vary depending on the person's interests and language level as well.
