Hello, I am Marcela a multidisciplinary artist with BA in Visual Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts - University of Queretaro, Mexico. I have also done an exchange of 6 months to learn about sophisticated art methods at the Faculty of Fine Arts - University of Granada, Spain. Additionally, to deepen my skills, I took two courses on drawing and painting at Crea, Amsterdam. In this course I will teach the basis of drawing and painting. Regarding drawing, I will teach the principles of sketching, moving forward to the specifics of light and shadow. During the drawing classes, you will also learn about different techniques, such as pastels, charcoal, and graphite. With respect to painting, you will learn about theory of colour, how to design a colour palette, and how to apply it. Next, you will learn about the specificities of materials, such as acrylics, watercolour and oils. You will then be able to experiment with these materials, and at the end create your own artwork based on your preferences.

J'enseigne à l'ECV creative Shools à Nantes depuis 7 ans, chez Brassart depuis 5 ans, chez Efet du groupe Eductive, et chez ISG Luxury depuis 2 ans. Je donne des cours de "rough", une méthode de dessin, de design et de création publicitaire sur papier, avant le passage à l'ordinateur. (Du dessin pur et du dessin typographique ). I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. I work as a 3D generalist for cinema and/or video games, with a specialization in 3D Layout/Préviz. In my case, drawing was something that I developed as an adult. Until I was 26 I only drew a little house and a tree. I invite you to dare to cross your own threshold. A Romanian born artist, who finished architecture high school and now studies Spatial Design at the Willem de Kooning Art Academy in Rotterdam. I offer these art classes for anyone who is passionate about art and learning the techniques of creating art. I have a bachelor's degree in digital arts, obtained at Saint Luc in 2016. During my studies I did live modeling, had courses in color, 2D animation, perspectives and character design. I mainly draw with a graphics tablet. I explore different styles but particularly focus on character drawing. It is this flexibility that I wish to transmit during my lessons. Learn to look at an image, understand the way the artist composes it, then learn to reproduce a style. Not copying, but really understanding and being able to reuse this style for original creations.
