Trusted teacher: — ENGLISH — Have you ever dreamed of creating enchanting and magical melodies? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to master the art of the harp and immerse yourself in the wonderful world of music? Perhaps you are a curious beginner looking to explore the magic of the harp, or maybe you are an experienced musician eager to enhance your musical skills? Regardless of your level, my harp and music lessons are designed for you. I am a passionate teacher with over 10 years of experience in teaching the harp, music theory, and music education at various levels, from children to adults. I love creating a positive learning atmosphere, allowing the student to feel comfortable and motivated, whether they are a beginner or an advanced musician. Each student will have their own customized study method to progress at their own pace, and I listen carefully to every request to nurture their natural attitude for learning. I pay special attention to the student's preferences in terms of repertoire and goals, even arranging some musical scores that may not have been initially intended for the harp. These lessons are suitable for both amateurs and professional musicians, whether they are young or adults. You don't need to know how to read music (music notation and music theory) or have played an instrument before to learn how to play the harp. My method is organized so that theory is learned through practice. You will quickly discover that the harp, contrary to what one might think, is a very easy instrument to play! How about playing a wide range of musical styles, from classical to Celtic music, and even contemporary compositions? What kind of music inspires you the most? Trusted teacher: Looking for a passionate and professional piano teacher for your child or for yourself? My lessons are designed to bring out the joy of music and enhance creativity, while also gradually improving technique based on age and individual abilities. As a dedicated and experienced teacher with a Master's Degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy, I take teaching seriously and am committed to providing effective lessons tailored to each student. I offer different approaches to suit the individual needs and goals of every student. Playing an instrument should be a delightful experience and that's exactly what my lessons are all about! PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN (3+) Are you a parent eager to introduce your little one to the wonderful world of music? My lessons are designed to be playful and engaging. Using specially adapted piano books, I'll guide your child through an exciting musical adventure, complete with stories and new songs to learn. We'll explore music through singing, movement, and rhythm, helping your child develop a deep and lasting love for music. SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN The lessons are more than just learning songs. Children will explore a piano book filled with stories, characters, engaging music, and games. Depending on preferences we can dive into playing music with accompaniment recordings, which allows children to immerse themselves in a complete musical experience. Theory learning is included. TEENAGERS Are you looking for a piano teacher who will encourage and support your teenager's passion for music? I offer an accelerated piano book specifically designed for this age group, allowing your child to progress quickly in their piano skills. If your child already has experience in playing the piano, I build on their existing knowledge and continue to expand their skills and creativity. I understand that every student has their own goals, whether it's playing for fun or aspiring to be a professional musician. That's why I adapt my lessons to fit your child's intentions. By offering a variety of musical pieces for them to choose from, and being open to their suggestions, I believe that playing a piece they enjoy is more effective in keeping them motivated. ADULTS Are you worried that you're too old to start learning the piano? Don't be! It's never too late to pick up a new skill, and as an adult, you have unique advantages over children when it comes to learning music. You have greater focus, a better grasp of music theory, and a strong motivation to succeed. Do you have a favorite song that you've always wanted to play but thought it was too difficult? There are plenty of classical and popular melodies that have been arranged for beginners, so you can start playing them right away. I'll also recommend a piano book specifically designed for adult learners, which will help you build up your skills at a comfortable pace.

I have already worked as a professor of physics, mechanics, electricity and welding and at the same time worked as a civil engineer for more than 15 years With all the pupils, students and professionals that I teach, I always start by assessing their degree of difficulty and then I adapt an effective method that can help them succeed in their years, their competitive examination or even their training. I have already had several cases of students who had not been in school for several years, whom I had helped to regain the necessary level to be able to succeed in their years, their competitive exams or their training. For example, I helped a French woman who was already working in Telecom in Paris and suddenly she decided to leave everything at the age of 35 to come and study physiotherapy even though she had never done the maths, physics and chemistry, we started working together in September and in January, she was able to pass her maths, physics and chemistry exams at ULB. This is just one example among many...

Theophile is an excellent teacher for Piano. My son started his piano lessons with Theophile recently and from the very first lesson, it was clear that he is not only a talented musician but also a wonderful educator. Theophile has a genuine passion for music that is very evident. The supportive atmosphere he creates allows my son to explore and express himself musically while building a solid foundation in technique. Thank you Theophile for your great support so far!

I enjoyed my first lessons. It was both very practical since I learned a lot about the technical aspect of playing an instrument (hand positioning, body posture, etc.) and about the history of harp. The teacher also gave me advice regarding buying my own harp. She was very attentive and paid attention to my every movement, to make sure that I played it all correctly. I am looking forward to having more lessons

Jérémy was a great French teacher. He was always available to solve doubts and to change schedules when needed. He always prepared the classes in advance so we could make the most of them. He proposed different activities and ways to improve my French in a practical and entertaining way. I would definitely recommend Jérémy to anyone who would like to improve their French in Brussels!
