I worked at Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles as an Assistant Professor of Jeroen Van Herzeele the jazz saxophone professor. I graduated at Conservatorio G.Martucci of Salerno (Italy) and had both Bachelor and Master with full marks with honors. During the course of my studies i also spent two academic years abroad , one at the Kask and Conservatorium of Ghent with the supervision of Bart Defoort and one at the Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles with John Ruocco. In 2017 i won the "Massimo Urbani International Jazz Competition" prize that saw as head of the jury Kurt Rosenwinkel & Fabrizio Bosso. I play in several Jazz bands and I have been performing all around Europe. I recorded a solo album called "Right Now" with the famous Italian label "Philology Records" & the album"Supernova" with my own band. I also recorded several albums with different bands and of many styles, from jazz, funk to pop. I toured with the famous Italian Drummer Tullio De Piscopo (Pino Daniele, Mina, Astor Piazzolla's drummer) and also had the chance to make a variety of television appearances on Italian National Television (Rai1, Rai5, Rai3). With more than 200 students through all my life, more than 500 shows (mostly in Spain but also around Europe and a couple of minitours in America), 15 CDs/EP/singles published (as a frontman, sideman and producer), a bachelor in jazz-modern music guitar (Taller de Músics - Barcelona), half bachelor in piano jazz (Conservatori del Liceu - Barcelona) and a long professional music career behind me playing a ton of different styles (pop, rock, funk, metal, jazz, folk, rumba, reggae...), I've come from Barcelona to Rotterdam to continue my musical journey by doing the latin master at Codarts. I've been working as a music teacher for around 12 years (I'm 29 years old), both doing private lessons and in different music schools, being the most important one the “Escola de Música Creu Alta” in Sabadell (Barcelona), which is one of the biggest music schools in Spain (with more than 900 students), in which I was the Head of the Modern Music Department. I love to teach in general, and help any of my participants to overcome fear, hurdle or frustration towards swimming. I teach almost all age range from 5 years to adults and seniors. I have group and private sessions as well. After initial assessment I like to determine what kind of goals my students would like to achieve and keep that goal in focus work towards it. I strongly believe that even a tiny achievement helps to boost confidence in the water, which helps to feel relaxed and comfortable with the environment. When you achieved that, I would like to teach even in young age the proper techniques of all strokes, which guarantees further success in terms of distance and stamina. And the final level is the racing techniques and turns and starts, which help to boost your swimming speed. My goal is to become so confident and successful with swimming that you make it your regular habit, which is an excellent lifestyle choice. I love to demonstrate to make sure you understand the proper technique, timing of each stroke. (Most likely at the end of the class, I am going to be as wet as my students) More efficient your swimming becomes, easier for you to reach your goals in swimming. Also I love to provide knowledge about the strokes, why they had developed and look like now today. I have been a musician for as long as I can remember. I started when I was a kid as a trumpet player. I played in many different kinds of orchestras and had a lot of fun with this instrument, but it was nothing compare to my love for singing! This is why I decided to become a professional opera singer and I want to share my passion about singing! What do I offer? Classical singing lessons for all levels with a focus on opera, songs, oratorio and choir repertoire. I am based in Utrecht. You are welcome to come to my place, but I can also come to the students. Lessons can be taught in English or in French, but I also speak a little bit of Dutch. What will you learn? The fundamental elements of classical singing such as breathing, posture and resonances for example but also styles, pronunciation, interpretation and repertoire. An important aspect I want to approach in a singing lesson is how to help you find your own voice, both in a technical and in an interpretative sense. Jade is a truly excellent teacher of the French language with whom I have been having lessons for over a year. She’s is not only a native French speaker, but holds degrees in Linguistics, Teaching and Business, and has significant experience of teaching French over many years. The benefit of this is that she is able to effortlessly teach at any level, with a focus on actually speaking the language in conversation. We have had discussions about things as simple as ordering food in a restaurant to subjects as complex as planning application submissions and urbanism rules (I am an architect). I am certainly not a natural linguist, but through her teaching I have gone from someone who was nervous about ordering a croissant in French, to gaining the confidence to deal with the complex language found in the workplace, and in day-to-day life in France. I would highly recommend Jade, whether you are visiting Paris for a short holiday and want to brush up on some vocabulary, or have moved here permanently and want to broaden your command of the French language.

Reconnecting with Pau as a guitar teacher has been as good as I remembered. He's a a great instructor in all the aspects: he's patient and when something is difficult for me he always finds and alternative that is complementary and it really helps me. He knows a lot about music and different genres but if you want to play something he doesn't master, he'd look into it and make it easy for you to enjoy it. The way he plays is so good he's an inspiration and it makes you want to be better. Always my number 1 option guitar teacher!

I'm very happy with my Son's first English subject session with Denise. She was engaging, though-provoking, positive, professional, and had purpose and structure to her lesson which held my Son's attention in a subject he struggles with. Overall, he very much enjoyed his first session and looks forward to many more with her therefore, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Denise with helping children in the English subject.
