In a series of introductory lessons to the history of fashion, my visual, engaging and discussion led approach will help students to form a firm foundation of knowledge in an area they would like to learn about. Students will learn to communicate, research and write about fashion to participate in contemporary debates surrounding the fields of fashion, art and cultural studies. -I can help with critical ways to think fashion for budding fashion journalists / historians. -I can help with understanding key theoretical texts -I can also help with application / career / portfolio advice from the perspective of a student at one of the top fashion schools.
