Flute lessons with a qualified music pedagogue and concert flutist, teaching successfully for more than 30 years and having guided over 200 pupils and students.

My lessons are always tailored to the individual and designed flexibly. While we refine technique, I place great importance on making music joyful and fulfilling. We play together, develop listening skills, and strengthen artistic expression. Step by step, my students grow with the instrument.

Everyone is welcome: complete beginners (even without the ability to read music yet), advanced players, and professionals who are preparing for diplomas. I also enjoy working with those returning to the flute after many years away.

Group playing is also part of my teaching – always voluntary, of course – for example in duos, trios, or quartets.
Extra information
You are very welcome even without your own instrument. No prior musical knowledge is required. And don’t worry about mistakes while playing – that’s all part of the learning process, and nothing to be embarrassed about. :)))

About Me
I have already successfully taught more than 200 pupils and students.
My teaching material is always personalized and flexible. I have experience with Baroque and Classical music, as well as jazz and improvisation. In addition to perfecting technique, I place great importance on ensuring that music brings joy and fulfillment. We make music together, developing our ears and strengthening our artistic abilities. I teach both beginners (who cannot yet read music) and professionals who also hold a diploma. A large proportion of my students are returning musicians who have learned the instrument once but have not played it for several years.

I love being there to witness someone's first taste of this beautiful instrument, or to see them successfully complete their entrance exam for music college. But most of all, I love seeing and hearing that my students genuinely enjoy making music. I'm convinced this is the reason why my students love coming to my lessons so much and, step by step, become inseparable from the flute.
Education
I have a master's degree (MA) as a concert flutist, and another (also MA) in pedagogy and chamber music. I also completed postgraduate training as a baroque flutist and as a jazz musician.
Experience / Qualifications
I have a total of 30 years of teaching experience. Since then, I've been teaching at the elementary level. I taught flute and chamber music for eight years at music high schools and for 12 years at music university. I also have experience teaching jazz and improvisation.
